Dr. Diana Chandler

Dr. Diana Chandler’s journey in veterinary medicine began in high school when she took a job as a kennel assistant at a local animal clinic. That early experience opened her eyes to the many moving parts that help support the human-animal bond and inspired her to pursue a career as a veterinarian.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Biology from Mount St. Mary’s College in 2007, Dr. Chandler completed her veterinary degree at the University of California, Davis in 2012. Since then, she has continued to follow her passion for providing thoughtful, personalized care to pets and their people. She’s especially interested in client education, preventative medicine, keeping senior pets comfortable and active, and performing soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Chandler returned to her hometown in Southern California to practice veterinary medicine and has been part of the Santa Clarita community for the last eight years. At home, she shares life with her husband, two children, their loyal cattle dog Zip (who helps keep the kids and chickens in line), and  eight spirited chickens—each with her own name and personality. When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Chandler enjoys hunting for vintage home décor and clothing, trying new cuisines, and exploring California with her family.
